HND UK - HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA COURSES

Vels Academy of Maritime Studies (VAMS) and Vels Academy of Maritime Education & Training (VAMET), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Glasgow College of Nautical Studies (GCNS), Scotland, UK, to jointly conduct fully residential Higher National Diploma (HND) Courses in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering respectively. The Higher National Diploma courses are approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) UK, and the awarding authority is the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), Scotland, UK. Glasgow College of Nautical Studies is situated in the heart of Glasgow on the south bank of the River Clyde. Glasgow is one of Europe's liveliest and friendliest cities and a great place to study. Having its own unique culture and social life, museums, theatres, one will never be short of things to do. Many attractions are less than hour away, including Edinburgh. Fast Intercity links mean London is a little over 5 hours away.
